My name is Aidan, and detailing started as a routine part of my life. I would take my own vehicle to the car wash and meticulously clean it until it was perfect. Every week, I dedicated time to washing my car, and soon, I began detailing my mom’s car as well. My passion for making vehicles look their best grew, and I realized I wanted to extend this service to everyone. Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your detailing appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduled within the allowed timeframe (see cancellation policy below).
- Submitting you phone number to a booking you are optioning for booking confirmation/sale text.
- Send STOP to opt out of texts
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to retain the deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
3. Service Expectations
- We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. However, certain stains, scratches, or damages may be permanent and beyond restoration.
- Vehicles must be emptied of personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
4. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
- Excessively dirty vehicles (including but not limited to heavy pet hair, mold, biohazard cleanup, or extreme stains) may incur additional charges or require additional time.
- If your vehicle requires extra services beyond the booked package, you will be informed, and additional charges will apply.
5. Weather & Mobile Service Policy
- In the event of bad weather, we may need to reschedule mobile detailing appointments. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a new appointment time.
- If a safe and suitable working area (such as a garage or covered area) is available, the service may proceed as scheduled.
6. Liability & Damage Disclaimer
- We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during detailing. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or defects that may become more visible after cleaning.
- Clients must inform us of any known vehicle defects, including loose trim, peeling paint, or aftermarket modifications that could be affected by detailing services.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
8. Customer Satisfaction
- If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please notify us immediately before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will assess and, if necessary, make reasonable adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
